We have had My Food Bag in the past but cancelled it as it felt like the meals were becoming quite similar. We started up with My Food Bag again this year and have been blown away with how good it is this time round. We currently do the Protein bag 5 nights a week for 4 people. Every single meal we have had is absolutely delicious and so simple to make. Love it!

Joining My Food Bag has been so good for me on my healthy eating journey. 3 nights a week, my dinner is sorted. The vege portions are huge so feed the four of us easily. Mostly I enjoy the kai, some recipes moreso than others. You have control over the kai you get for the week, and plenty of options.

I have had Fresh Start delivered for about 10wks. I have lost weight but at the same time have really enjoyed the meals. They are very healthy but so different. By that I mean I have used spices & pastes I have never used or heard of before. I feel some of the menus are really adventurous ; it is good to get away from the meat & three Veg. I will certainly continue to use the recipes, they make my cooking more interesting.

The fresh start program is fantastic. I've always struggled to lose weight, especially when the rest of my family want to eat high calorie, delicious food. It was a struggle to get my toddler and husband to eat meals which are often fancy salads, so getting these meals just for me has been amazing. When I tried to lose weight previously, I would be sadly hovering over a boiled chicken breast while they scoffed down burgers, and I never lasted long before giving in. But these meals are way nicer than whatever my husband wants to eat, so I'm no longer jealous! The calories are so low I don't even need to exercise much to lose weight fast. The meals are all really delicious, and the recipes have measurements and normal ingredients instead of mysterious packets of unknown sauces, which means they're really easy to recreate. They're also really filling - the first meal I got I went to serve it on a small plate and it all just overflowed off immediately. I quickly realised that the servings are big, and I'm always full!
