Ingredients
2 slices thin wholegrain bread
½ banana, peeled
4 teaspoons nut butter (e.g. peanut, almond)
1 teaspoon chia seeds
Method
- Cook bread in toaster, until golden.
2. While toast is cooking, thinly slice banana.
To serve, spread nut butter evenly over toast and top with slices of banana and sprinkle over chia seeds.
