Daffodil Lemon Tarts Kit, Makes 8

Lemon Tarts
- 320 g sweet short pastry
- 300 g lemon curd
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Get a muffin tin, flip it upside down and place on a baking tray. Spray with oil or grease with butter.
- Roll out pastry and use a flower shaped cookie cutter to cut out 8 flowers. Mold the flower shaped pastry over the muffin cups.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, until crisp and slightly golden.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then carefully remove and place onto a serving tray. Allow the pastry to cool completely, then fill with lemon curd.
