Blackberry Crumble Cake Kit, Serves 10
Ingredients
Crumble Cake
- ⅔ cup oil ^
- 2 eggs ^
- ⅔ cup milk ^
- 2 tsp vanilla extract ^
- 1 pack crumble cake mix
- 100 g butter ^ melted
- 1 pack apple crumble mix
- 1 pack blackberry compote
- 400 g Greek yoghurt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C bake. Line a 20cm cake tin with baking paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together oil, eggs, milk, vanilla and a pinch of salt. Once combined, gently fold in crumble cake mix until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, melt butter and combine with Apple Crumble Mix, tossing to combine.
- Pour Crumble Cake Mix into prepared tin, dollop over compote then cover in crumble mixture. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until a knife inserted comes out clean.
- Slice up cake and top with yoghurt.
