Chicken Caesar Lunch Wraps Kit, Makes 4

You'll fill wheatmeal wraps with seared chicken, lettuce, parmesan cheese and our tasty Caesar dressing. Make the salad at the beginning of the week and fill the wraps right before serving. Ingredients

Wraps

  • 600 g free range chicken breast steaks
  • 1 drizzle of oil ^
  • 1 twin pack baby cos lettuce thinly sliced
  • 1 telegraph cucumber cut in half lengthways & thinly sliced
  • 70 g grated Parmesan
  • 100 g cashew Caesar dressing
  • 1 pack wheatmeal tortillas (4 pack)

    Instructions

    • Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
    • Heat oil in a large frypan on medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 3-5 minutes each side (depending on thickness), or until cooked through. Rest, uncovered before thinly slicing.
    • While chicken cooks, thinly slice baby cos lettuce. Cut cucumber in half lengthways and thinly slice. Toss both in a large bowl with Caesar dressing and grated Parmesan and set aside for serving.
    • Assemble wrap with chicken and salad.
