Goat’s Cheese Ravioli with Creamy Sundried Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
Pasta
- 1 pack goat cheese & caramelised onion girasole
- 1 pack red pepper pesto
- ¼ cup cream
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to the boil.
- Cook pasta in pot of boiling water for about 3 minutes, until floating to the surface then drain.
- Meanwhile, place a large frypan on medium heat. Place pesto in pan along with cream and stir, until warmed through. Remove from heat and stir through drained pasta. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
