- 170 g butter ^
- 1 egg ^
- 1 tsp vanilla extract ^
- 1 pack cocoa cookie mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper. Melt butter.
- Whisk egg and vanilla in a large bowl, add cookie mix and melted butter and mix gently to form a dough.
- Measure slightly heaped tablespoons of dough and drop onto prepared tray.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Leave to cool on tray for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
