Asian Master Stock Noodle Soup, Serves 4
Ingredients
Noodle Soup
- 1 drizzle of oil ^
- 1 pack garlic & ginger paste
- 1 pack Asian master stock
- 1 cup water ^
- 2 tsp rice wine vinegar ^
- 1 pack mushrooms cut in half
- 1 twin pack baby bok choy leaves separated
- 1 pack biang biang noodles
Pantry Staples ^
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pot on medium heat. Fry garlic and ginger paste for 2 minutes before adding master stock, water and rice vinegar and bringing to a simmer.
- Halve mushrooms and separate bok choy leaves. Separate noodles with hands and add to pot of master stock. Cook noodles for 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
