Spaghetti & Meatballs Kit
Ingredients
- 500 g pasta
- 1 drizzle olive oil
- 400 g wagyu beef meatballs
- 500 g red pepper pesto bolognese
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of hot salted tap water to the boil.
- Once boiling, cook pasta for 10-12 minutes, until just tender. Drain and return to pot with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Heat olive oil in a large frypan on medium-high heat. Cook meatballs for 7-8 minutes, turning often, until browned and almost cooked through.
- Add red pepper pesto Bolognese sauce to pan and gently toss meatballs in sauce. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for a further 2-3 minutes, until sauce is hot and meatballs are cooked through. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Top spaghetti with meatballs and sauce.
