Double Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 170 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 pack double chocolate chip cookie mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Melt butter in a heat-proof bowl in the microwave. Set aside for 5 minutes to cool.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs. Stir in melted butter, cookie mix and a pinch of salt. Combine to form a dough. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Dollop tablespoon measures of cookie dough onto a lined tray (leave a 5cm gap) and bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before eating.
