Smith Cooler:
- 50ml Seedlip Grove
- 40ml Fresh Green Apple Juice
- 10ml Maple Syrup
- Topped with Soda Water
Garnish:
- fresh Orange Twist
Method:
- Add all ingredients, bar the soda, to a shaker tin, pack with cubed ice, hard shake and strain into highball glass over cubed ice, top with soda & Garnish with Orange Zest

Garden Tea Punch:
- 50ml Seedlip Garden
- 30ml Hibiscus tea (10% Tea : Water Ratio)
- 10ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 10ml Maple Syrup
Garnish:
- Fresh Lime Wheels & Mint
Method:
- Add all ingredients, to a shaker tin, pack with cubed ice, hard shake and strain into rocks glass over cubed ice, Garnish with Fresh Lime wheels and a sprig of mint

Spiced Toddy:
- 50ml Seedlip Spice
- 100ml Hot Earl Grey Tea (2% Tea : Water Ratio)
- 10ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- Pinch of Dried Cinnamon or a dash of Angostura bitters
- 2x Cloves split
- 15ml Liquid Organic Honey
Garnish:
- 1x Star Anise & a Lemon Zest
Method:
- Make Earl Grey Tea, 1x teabag into 100ml of boiling water for 3mins, remove teabag and add all other ingredients to the tea, give a quick stir and leave to steep for 3 minutes, stain all sediment of and pour toddy into a wineglass or similar, garnish with a lemon zest and a star Anise star
