Rather than fight against your sugar cravings, work with them! This deliciously fizzy drink contains just a touch of honey, but will satisfy your cravings for a sweet tasty drink.
Serves 4
Ingredients
Blueberries
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1–2 Tbsp picked mint leaves
1 tsp honey
1 lemon, zested and juiced
Pinch of Himalayan salt
Water
1 litre sparkling water
Method
- Muddle, all the ingredients in a large jug.
- Pour blueberries evenly between glasses. Top up with sparkling water. Garnish with some mint leaves.
