Breakfast Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- ½ ½ frozen or fresh banana
- handful of spinach
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp cocoa or cacao powder
- 1 serve protein powder (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
