Kale Chips
Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 150°C (or 170 fan bake)
- Remove individual kale leaves from stalk.
- Evenly place kale leaves on lined baking tray with measure of olive oil – massage into the kale, then sprinkle with salt.
- Bake until edges are slightly browned, but not burnt (8-15 minutes) – keep an eye on them as they can burn quickly! Enjoy.
