Candied Nuts
Ingredients
- 1½ cups walnuts
- 1½ cups pecans
- ½ cups maple syrup
- flaky sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Place walnuts and pecans in a bowl alongside maple syrup and combine.
- Heat a non-stick fry pan on medium-high heat and transfer nut and maple syrup mixture.
- Cook, stirring frequently, until syrup is caramelised, and nuts look toasted and golden. Add sea salt whist cooking and allow nuts to crystallise
- Transfer to a lined baking tray or glass bowl to cool. Enjoy!
