Healthy and Fresh is a family owned and operated company, and since its’ inception in 2008, has grown to become one of New Zealand’s largest suppliers of fresh produce and provided My Food Bag customers with fresh Shanghai bok choy each week for over 8 years.
They have developed New Zealand’s largest hydroponic farm for leafy greens, providing high-quality, spray free (where possible) vegetables to Kiwis whilst pioneering innovative and sustainable farming practices. With a strong emphasis on quality and community well-being, Healthy and Fresh is shaping the future of the leafy greens market.
