Petrifying Piggies in a Blanket, Serves 4
Ingredients
Piggies in a Blanket
- 1 pack flaky puff pastry
- 1 pack porkies sausages
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
- Unroll pastry dough and cut into 0.5cm strips. Wrap each sausage in 1-2 pastry strips to create a mummy look, leaving a small gap for the eyes at the top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden and sausages are cooked through. Use some mayo or mustard to dot little eyes onto the mummies.
- Plate up with tomato sauce for dipping.
