Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower Kit, Serves 4
Ingredients
Cauliflower
- 1 cauliflower half cut into small florets
- 1 pack flour
- 1 pack Southern spice blend
- 2 Tbsp Buffalo wing sauce
- ¾ cup water ^
To Serve
- 70 g Buffalo wing sauce
- 50 g butter ^
- 100 g ranch dressing

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C bake (or 200°C fan bake). Line an oven tray with baking paper.
- Cut cauliflower into small florets. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, measure of spices, first measure of buffalo wing sauce and water. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, shake of any excess, then place on lined baking tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Once baked, remove tray from oven and toss cauliflower. Place back in oven for a further 5-10 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Add second measure of buffalo wing sauce and butter to a bowl. Cook in microwave in 30 second increments, until butter has melted.
- Once baked, toss cauliflower in bowl with buffalo wing sauce mix. Drizzle over ranch dressing.
