Honey Rice Bubble Slice, Serves 8
Ingredients
Slice
- ⅓ cup brown sugar ^
- 120 g butter ^
- 40 g mānuka honey
- 4 cups rice bubbles

Instructions
- Add brown sugar, butter and honey to a large saucepan. Melt on the stovetop until bubbling around the edges.
- Remove from heat, add rice bubbles and mix well.
- Pour into a lined baking dish (about 20x20cm) and spread out. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour, or until set.
- Cut into squares. Enjoy!
