Pork Belly Roast Meal Bundle, Serves 4
Ingredients
Meal Bundle
- 700 g sous-vide belly cut pork shoulder
- 800 g potatoes
- 150 g salsa verde
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C bake.
- Cut potatoes into wedges. Toss with oil on a lined baking tray, season and roast in oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove pork from pack and pat dry. Slice into 1cm-thick slices and toss on a second lined oven tray with salt and pepper. Bake in over for 20-25 minutes, until hot through. Turn halfway through cook time.
- Once potatoes and pork are cooked, transfer to the same baking tray, drizzle over salsa verde and enjoy.
