Ricotta & Spinach Tortellini with Lemon Mascarpone Sauce, Serves 2
Ingredients
Tortellini
- 325 g ricotta & spinach tortellini
- 150 g mascarpone & lemon cream sauce
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to the boil.
- Cook pasta as per packet instructions. Drain, return to pot and toss with mascarpone & lemon cream sauce.
- Serve in bowls with garnishes, or cooked protein if desired.
