Ingredients

Tortellini

  • 325 g ricotta & spinach tortellini
  • 150 g mascarpone & lemon cream sauce

Instructions

  • Bring a pot of salted water to the boil.
  • Cook pasta as per packet instructions. Drain, return to pot and toss with mascarpone & lemon cream sauce.
  • Serve in bowls with garnishes, or cooked protein if desired.
