Brown Butter White Chocolate Cookie Kit

- 150 g butter ^
- 1 pack brown butter cookie mix
- 1 tsp vanilla extract ^
- 1 egg ^
- 1 tsp salt ^
- ¾ pack Whittaker's blondie chocolate chopped

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160C° Line two oven trays with baking paper.
- Place butter in a pot on medium heat. Cook continuously for 8-10 minutes, stirring. The butter will foam up and then settle, it should be golden brown when finished. Transfer to a large bowl and set aside to cool to room temperature.
- Once butter has cooled, add Brown Butter Cookie Mix, vanilla, egg and salt to bowl and stir to combine. Chop Blondie Chocolate and stir through dough. Roll cookies into 12 even balls.
- Bake 6 cookies on each tray for 12-14 minutes, until golden. After removing from oven, use a large cookie cutter or an upside-down cup to place over cookie and rotate in a circle, which will help shape cookies into a perfect circle. Allow to set for 10 minutes before enjoying.
