Chicken Caesar Lunch Wraps Kit, Makes 4
Ingredients
Wraps
- 600 g free range chicken breast steaks
- 1 drizzle of oil ^
- 1 twin pack baby cos lettuce thinly sliced
- 1 telegraph cucumber cut in half lengthways & thinly sliced
- 70 g grated Parmesan
- 100 g cashew Caesar dressing
- 1 pack wheatmeal tortillas (4 pack)

Instructions
- Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a large frypan on medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 3-5 minutes each side (depending on thickness), or until cooked through. Rest, uncovered before thinly slicing.
- While chicken cooks, thinly slice baby cos lettuce. Cut cucumber in half lengthways and thinly slice. Toss both in a large bowl with Caesar dressing and grated Parmesan and set aside for serving.
- Assemble wrap with chicken and salad.
