Ingredients
Smoked Salmon Poke Bowl
- 250 g precooked rice
- 350 g slaw
- 180 g smoked salmon cut into 2 pieces
- 80 g sesame mayo
- 1 pack sesame nori sprinkle
Instructions
- Squeeze rice in pack to separate grains. Tear top and microwave in pack for two minutes.
- Serve rice and slaw in bowls topped with salmon. Dollop over sesame mayo and sprinkle over sesame nori sprinkle.
