Pesto Pasta, Serves 2
Ingredients
Pesto Pasta
- ⅓ pack pasta
- 1 pack basil pesto
- 50 g rocket
- 1 pack grated Parmesan
- 20 g balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to the boil.
- Cook pasta for 8-10 minutes, until just tender. Drain and return to pot.
- Stir pesto through pasta.
- Plate pesto pasta, top with parmesan cheese. Serve fresh rocket on the side and drizzle over balsamic glaze.
