This pesto pasta will be on your table within 15 minutes, it is that easy! Served with rocket on the side to freshen up the plate. This will be a hit with the whole family.

Ingredients

Pesto Pasta

  • ⅓ pack pasta
  • 1 pack basil pesto
  • 50 g rocket
  • 1 pack grated Parmesan
  • 20 g balsamic glaze

Instructions

  • Bring a pot of salted water to the boil.
  • Cook pasta for 8-10 minutes, until just tender. Drain and return to pot.
  • Stir pesto through pasta.
  • Plate pesto pasta, top with parmesan cheese. Serve fresh rocket on the side and drizzle over balsamic glaze.
