Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients
Sprouts
- 200 g Brussels sprouts cut into quarters
- 1 drizzle of oil ^
- 2 Tbsp honey ^
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar ^
Toppings
- 50 g pecans roughly chopped
- 30 g dried cranberries
Pantry Staples ^
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C bake. Line an oven tray.
- Cut Brussel sprouts into quarters. Toss with oil, honey and vinegar. Place of lined baking tray and season to taste. Roast for 20-25 minutes, until tender and golden.
- Toss sprouts with pecans and cranberries. Serve warm alongside your favourite roast.
