Ingredients

  • 1 garden herbs & lemon butterflied chicken
  • 1 pack good thyme gravy mix
  • 1 pack Yorkshire pudding mix
  • 800 g baby potatoes

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 220°C (or 200°C fan bake).
  • Add chicken to an oven tray and season with salt and pepper. Place in the oven to bake for 50-55 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
  • Meanwhile, cook sides following packet instructions.
