Pear, Feta & Walnut Wrap Pizza, Serves 2
Ingredients
Pizzas
- 1 pack wheatmeal tortillas
- 1 pack caramelised onion jam
- 75 g grated mozzarella cheese
- ½ pear thinly sliced
- 30 g feta cheese
- 1 pack chopped walnuts
To Serve
- 25 g rocket
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (or 160°C fan bake) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Place wraps on lined baking tray. Divide caramelised onion jam between wraps and spread to cover. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the wraps. Cut pear in half, remove core and slice thinly. Assemble pear slices on top of the mozzarella cheese. Crumble over feta and sprinkle over walnuts.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until the bases are crisp and golden around the edges and cheese is melted.
- Top pizzas with rocket and enjoy! Leftover rocket and pear? Serve on the side with a drizzle of olive oil.
