Chocolate Mug Cake, Makes 1
Ingredients
Mug Cake
- 2 Tbsp butter ^
- 1 pack chocolate mug cake mix
- ¼ cup milk ^
Instructions
- Melt butter.
- In a small bowl, combine Chocolate Mug Cake Mix with butter, milk and a pinch of salt. Transfer mixture to a mug or ramekin.
- If you like, you can add an optional tablespoon of peanut butter or chocolate chips to your mug cake mixture, just push it slightly into the mix before cooking.
- Microwave for 70-90 seconds (depending on mug size), until puffy on top but slightly gooey. Once cooked, serve immediately with some cream, yoghurt or ice cream.
