Hidden Veggie Nachos, Serves 2
Ingredients
Nachos
- 1 drizzle of oil ^
- 300 g beef mince
- ½ pack taco 'bout flavour Mexican spices
- 1 pack 10 veggie sauce
- ½ pack corn chips
- 50 g Colby cheese grated
Pantry Staples ^
Instructions
- Heat drizzle of oil in a large fry pan on medium heat. Cook mince, stirring, for 6-8 minutes, until browned. Add spice mix (depending on your little foodie's preference) and cook for a further 30 seconds. Stir through 10 veggie sauce for 1 minute, until warm, then remove from heat.
- Pile Mexican mince on top of corn chips on plates and sprinkle with grated cheese.
