French Toast Kit, Serves 4
Ingredients
French Toast
- 1 brioche loaf
- 1 cup cream
- 2 eggs ^
- 50 g butter ^
- 100 g tart raspberry coulis

Instructions
- Cut brioche into 2cm thick slices. In a bowl, whisk together cream and eggs.
- Heat a knob of butter in a large frypan on medium heat. Use tongs to dunk bread into egg mixture, then place into hot pan. Cook about 2 minutes each side, until golden. Reduce heat if starting to burn.
- Remove from pan and repeat with remaining bread.
- Plate French toast with berry coulis.
