Chicken, Bacon & Ranch Slider Kit, Makes 12

- 300 g free range chicken breast
- 250 g bacon
- 1 pack slider buns
- 100 g ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°. Line two oven trays with baking paper.
- Place bacon onto a lined tray and cook bacon on top rack of oven 10-15 minutes, until golden. Slice buns in half and place onto second lined tray and heat through for 5-10 minutes.
- Pat chicken dry and cut into steaks by placing your hand flat on top of chicken and slicing through horizontally. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a drizzle of oil in a medium frypan on medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 3-5 minutes each side (depending on thickness), or until cooked through.
- Cut slider buns in half and spread with ranch sauce. Slice chicken and bacon into small pieces and fill sliders.
