Quick Chicken Quesadilla Kit, Serves 4
Simple, cheesy and delicious! Switch out the sandwich in the kid's lunchbox for this quick and easy chicken quesadilla kit. Ingredients
- 1/2 pack grated 3 cheese mix
- 1 pack tortillas
- 260 g shredded roast chicken
- 1 drizzle of oil
- 125 g sour cream
Instructions
- Grate cheese. Lay out 3 tortillas and top them with chicken and cheese. Lay another tortilla on top of each to sandwich them together.
- Heat a drizzle of oil in a large frypan on medium heat. Cook tortillas for 1-2 minutes each side, until hot through. Slice into triangles and serve with sour cream.
