Pulled Beef Nachos Kit, Serves 2
Ingredients
Nachos
- 200 g pulled beef
- 50 g chipotle sauce
- 1 pack cheeza-peño tortilla crisps
- 125 g Colby cheese grated
- 125 g sour cream
- 100 g pebre salsa
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Place beef in a bowl with chipotle sauce and use a fork to shred and mix together.
- Spread corn chips on a lined oven tray and top with beef mixture. Grate over cheese and bake in oven for 10 minutes, until cheese has melted.
- Dollop with sour cream and pebre salsa.
