Hoisin Stir-Fried Noodles, Serves 4
Ingredients
- 400 g fresh egg noodles
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 drizzle of oil
- 2 pack hoisin sauce
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 spring onion
- 1 pack whole peanuts
Instructions
Cook noodles
- Heat a pot of boiling water on the stove. Once boiling, add noodles to water and boil for 3 minutes, separating the noodles during cooking.
Fry noodles
- Meanwhile, mix hoisin, sweet chilli and soy sauce in a small bowl. Heat sesame oil and oil in pan. Once noodles have cooked, drain and instantly add into hot pan. Add sauce and fry for 3-4 minutes until sticky and well coated. Thinly slice spring onion.
Serve
- Top with spring onion and peanuts and enjoy!
