Chicken, Bacon & Ranch Slider Kit, Makes 12

Succulent chicken, tasty streaky bacon and tangy ranch sauce all packed inside slider buns. This well-known and loved combination will go down a treat at any family or friends BBQ!

Ingredients

  • 300 g free range chicken breast
  • 250 g bacon
  • 1 pack slider buns
  • 100 g ranch dressing

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°. Line two oven trays with baking paper.
  • Place bacon onto a lined tray and cook bacon on top rack of oven 10-15 minutes, until golden. Slice buns in half and place onto second lined tray and heat through for 5-10 minutes.
  • Pat chicken dry and cut into steaks. Place your hand flat on top of chicken and slice through horizontally. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a drizzle of oil in a medium frypan on medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 3-5 minutes each side (depending on thickness), or until cooked through.
  • Cut slider buns in half and spread with ranch sauce. Slice chicken and bacon into small pieces and fill sliders.
