Chicken & Bacon Burger Kit, Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 pack burger buns
- 600 g free range chicken breasts
- 250 g bacon
Instructions
- Preheat BBQ to medium-high (if using).
- Pat chicken dry and cut into steaks. Place your hand flat on top of chicken and slice through horizontally. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken on BBQ for 3-4 minutes each side, or until cooked through. Alternatively, use the same method to cook in a large frypan with a drizzle of oil. Fry bacon until cooked.
- Place buns on grill side of BBQ. Alternatively, grill on high in oven for 2-3 minutes, or until crisp.
- Assemble burgers. Add your choice of fillings and sauces.
