Wagyu Beef & Bacon Burgers
Ingredients
- 2 pack burger buns
- 1 pack wagyu beef burger patties
- 1 pack bacon
Instructions
- Preheat BBQ (if using).
- Cook bacon and patties on the BBQ or in a cast iron skillet for 3-5 minutes each side, until caramelised. Allow to rest for 5 minutes.
- Wrap buns in foil and heat on the BBQ for 5-10 minutes, until warm. Alternatively, heat buns in microwave.
- Pile buns and bacon on buns and fill with your choice of fillings.
