Beetroot, Cream Cheese & Sprout Sourdough Toast
Ingredients
- 1 beetroot thinly sliced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 slice sourdough bread
- 1 Tbsp lite cream cheese
- handful radish sprouts
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Before you start Preheat oven to 200C (or 220 fan bake).
- Prep toppings Thinly slice beetroot. Toss on a lined tray with oil. Season with salt and pepper. Roast for 5-10 minutes, until cooked through.
- Prep toast Place bread slice into toaster and toast to your liking.
- Toppings Spread on cream cheese and add beetroot. Top with radish sprouts and season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
