Snack: Crispy Carrot Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots cut into chips
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp fresh coriander leaves picked

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 210°C (or 220 fan bake).
  • Prep carrots
    Cut carrots into chips and combine in a bowl with oil, corn flour, paprika and salt and pepper. Spread carrot sticks on lined baking tray.
  • Bake carrot chips
    Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until golden and edges are browned and crisp. Rotate carrot sticks halfway through cook time. Pick coriander leaves.
  • Serve
    Toss hot carrot chips with fresh coriander. Enjoy!
  • Tip – Serve with your favourite dipping sauce or hummus. These carrot chips are great for when entertaining and trying to make ‘cleaner’ food choices.
