Snack: Crispy Carrot Chips
Ingredients
- 2 carrots cut into chips
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp cornflour
- 1 tsp paprika
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp fresh coriander leaves picked
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 210°C (or 220 fan bake).
- Prep carrotsCut carrots into chips and combine in a bowl with oil, corn flour, paprika and salt and pepper. Spread carrot sticks on lined baking tray.
- Bake carrot chipsBake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until golden and edges are browned and crisp. Rotate carrot sticks halfway through cook time. Pick coriander leaves.
- ServeToss hot carrot chips with fresh coriander. Enjoy!
- Tip – Serve with your favourite dipping sauce or hummus. These carrot chips are great for when entertaining and trying to make ‘cleaner’ food choices.
