Kimchi, Cream Cheese & Spring Onion Sourdough Toast
Ingredients
- 1 slice sourdough bread
- ½ spring onion thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp lite cream cheese
- ¼ cup kimchi
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep toast Place bread slices into toaster and toast to your liking.
- Prep toppingsMeanwhile, thinly slice spring onion.
- To serve Spread 1 Tbsp of cream cheese onto toast and add kimchi. Top with spring onion and salt and pepper to taste.
