Kimchi, Cream Cheese & Spring Onion Sourdough Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 slice sourdough bread
  • ½ spring onion thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp lite cream cheese
  • ¼ cup kimchi
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prep toast
    Place bread slices into toaster and toast to your liking.
  • Prep toppings
    Meanwhile, thinly slice spring onion.
  • To serve
    Spread 1 Tbsp of cream cheese onto toast and add kimchi. Top with spring onion and salt and pepper to taste.
