Matcha Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 tsp matcha (green tea powder) try 1tsp if you haven't had it before!
- 1 cup oat milk or other alternative milk
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
Toppings
- nuts or muesli
- coconut yoghurt
- fresh fruit i.e. banana, pear, berries, or even freeze dried raspberries
Instructions
- Combine matcha powder and milk in a bowl and whisk until smooth and lump free.
- Add chia seeds and maple syrup. Stir well to avoid any chia seeds sticking together.
- Transfer to glass jars and place in fridge for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight to set.
- Top with toppings of your choice & enjoy!
