Gut Heroes: Matcha Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp matcha (green tea powder) try 1tsp if you haven't had it before!
  • 1 cup oat milk or other alternative milk
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup

Toppings

  • nuts or muesli
  • coconut yoghurt
  • fresh fruit i.e. banana, pear, berries, or even freeze dried raspberries

Instructions

  • Combine matcha powder and milk in a bowl and whisk until smooth and lump free.
  • Add chia seeds and maple syrup. Stir well to avoid any chia seeds sticking together.
  • Transfer to glass jars and place in fridge for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight to set.
  • Top with toppings of your choice & enjoy!
