Aoraki Salmon Poke Bowl
Ingredients
- 250 g packed pre-cooked rice
- 350 g slaw
- 180 g smoked salmon cut into 2 pieces
- 40 g mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sesame seeds toasted
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds toasted
- 1 sheet nori shredded
Instructions
- Heat rice Squeeze rice in pack to separate grains. Tear top and microwave in pack for two minutes.
- Serve Rice and slaw in bowls topped with salmon. Dollop over mayo and sprinkle over sesame seeds and nori.
