Smoked Salmon Poke Bowl

A perfect quick and easy lunch to whip up for back to work and school!

Aoraki Salmon Poke Bowl

Ingredients

  • 250 g packed pre-cooked rice
  • 350 g slaw
  • 180 g smoked salmon cut into 2 pieces
  • 40 g mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds toasted
  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds toasted
  • 1 sheet nori shredded

Instructions

  • Heat rice 
    Squeeze rice in pack to separate grains. Tear top and microwave in pack for two minutes.
  • Serve 
    Rice and slaw in bowls topped with salmon. Dollop over mayo and sprinkle over sesame seeds and nori.
