Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes
Ingredients
Pancake ingredients
- 1 Buttermilk Pancake Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cup milk
- toppings of choice
Instructions
- Prep mixIn a large bowl, whisk together the Buttermilk Pancake Mix, eggs & milk. Set aside for 5 minutes to rest.
- Cook pancakesHeat a non-stick fry-pan on low-medium heat. Use ⅓ cup to measure batter and dollop into pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until surface bubbles start to pop, then flip and cook for a further 2 minutes.
- ServeWith your favourite toppings such as fruit, yoghurt and syrup.
