Zingy Pineapple Smoothie
Ingredients
- ½ cup pineapple, chopped
- 1 kiwifruit, peeled
- 30g baby spinach (large handful)
- ½ Tbsp mint, chopped
- ½ lime, juiced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Prep pineapple, kiwifruit, mint, lime and ginger. In a blender, combine all smoothie ingredients. Blend for 1-2 minutes, until smooth.
