Toasties:
Creamed corn – 395 cals
- 2 slices Vogels Very Thin
- 2/3 cup creamed corn (no added sugar)
- 2 Tbsp diced onion
- 2 Tbsp grated edam cheese
- 1-2 handful spinach & ½ tomato, diced
Top Vogels with creamed corn, onion and cheese and grill under oven grill on high until golden and toasted. Serve with side salad of spinach and tomato tossed together.
Tomato & Pesto – 369 cals
- 2 slices Vogels Very Thin
- 1 Tbsp basil pesto
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 2 Tbsp grated edam cheese
- Fresh basil
- 1-2 handful spinach & ½ cup diced cucumber
Top Vogels with pesto, tomato and cheese and grill under oven grill on high until golden and toasted. Top with basil. Serve with side salad of spinach and cucumber tossed together.
Nacho Toastie – 320 cals
- 2 slices Vogels Very Thin
- 1 Tbsp tomato paste or chipotle sauce
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup chilli, red kidney or black beans
- 1 Tbsp diced red onion
- 1/4 cup grated edam cheese
- Fresh coriander
- 1-2 handful lettuce & 1/2 cup diced cucumber
Top Vogels with tomato paste, tomato, beans, onion and cheese and grill under oven grill on high until golden and toasted. Top with coriander. Serve with side salad of lettuce and cucumber tossed together.
Tuna Melt – 439 cals
- 2 sliced Vogels Very Thin
- 1 90g can tuna in spring water, drained
- 1/2 tsp whole grain mustard
- 2 tsp aioli (refined sugar free)
- 1 Tbsp diced red onion
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup grated edam cheese
- 1-2 handful spinach & 1/2 cup diced cucumber
In a small bowl mix together tuna, mustard, aioli and onion. Top Vogels with tuna mix, tomato and cheese and grill under oven grill on high until golden and toasted. Serve with side salad of spinach and cucumber tossed together.
