#loveyourleftovers. You can never have enough healthy, yummy dip recipes! This delicious blend of lentils, tahini and feta along with flavour-bombs from olives and parsley makes a perfect low calorie snack with crudites or our super seed crackers!
Serves 6
Ingredients
1 x 400g can brown lentils, drained and rinsed
1 Tbsp tahini
Juice of ½ lemon
2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
¼ cup parsley, chopped
¼ cup pitted green olives
30g feta cheese
Method
1. Make dip. Add all dip ingredients and ¼ tsp salt to a food processor and blend for 1–2 minutes, until just smooth and combined.
2. Chill for about 2 hours before enjoying with seedy crackers or crudites.
