Summer Smoothie Bowl

#loveyourleftovers. Enjoy a spoonful of Summer with this antioxidant packed Smoothie Bowl! This vibrant bowl is deliciously zingy and the perfect way to curb any sweet cravings, the healthy way.

Ingredients

1 frozen banana, peeled
1 cup frozen raspberries (or your favourite berry)
¾ kiwifruit, peeled and roughly chopped
½ cup milk (e.g. almond, dairy, coconut)
¼ tsp maple syrup (optional)

Toppings

1 Tbsp unsweetened yoghurt 
1 tsp coconut chips
1 tsp sliced almonds or chia seeds
¼ kiwifruit, peeled and thinly sliced

Method

  1. Add all smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend for 1–2 minutes, until smooth. You may need to add 1–2 Tbsp more milk until you reach your desired consistency.

Serve in a bowl, stir through yoghurt and top with coconut, almonds/seeds and kiwifruit.
