Hydrate in style with this zingy, refreshing Spiced Ginger Mojito.

Mojito
2 tsp finely grated ginger
½ fresh chilli, roughly chopped
1 lemongrass stalk, bruised
1 tsp honey
1 orange, zested and juiced
1 lime, zested and juiced
Water
1 litre sparkling water
To serve
Mint leaves
Lime wedges
Method
- Muddle, all the mojito ingredients in a large jug. Leave to infuse for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Pour mojito evenly between glasses. Top up with sparkling water. Garnish with some mint leaves and lime wedges.
