Eggs are one of the most nutritious and versatile ingredients in the world, some even say they’re natures multivitamin! Eggs are low in fat and calories, contain around 20 vitamins and minerals and are a complete protein. Proteins are made up of several amino acids (think of amino acids as the bricks, and each protein as the house). Eggs are rich in the amino acid, leucine, which plays a unique role in stimulating muscle growth, essential for increasing your metabolism and weight management.
